Refund policy

Dear customers, it takes five to ten years for our pearl mussels to grow into beautiful pearls. Once opened, it will never be restored.   Please make sure you really like it or want it before you order.  We really hope you have a good experience in the studio.  If you have any requirements or questions, our customer service will answer your questions as soon as possible.  Our customer service email is serve@nspearl.com!

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
